IL37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL37 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL37-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, N-Ras, and ER-alpha_pS118. Each is linked with IL37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL37-to-partner and partner-to-IL37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by IL37-low versus IL37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL37→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
