Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,391 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transposable element silencing by piRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with IL37 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL37-to-partner and partner-to-IL37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transposable element silencing by piRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation grouped by IL37-low versus IL37-high in BONE.
