IL36A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL36A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL36A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, RNA5SP281, and H2AB3. Each is linked with IL36A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL36A-to-partner and partner-to-IL36A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by IL36A-low versus IL36A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL36A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL36A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
