IL36A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL36A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,790 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL36A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT1B, LCE3D, and IFNL1. Each is linked with IL36A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL36A-to-partner and partner-to-IL36A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL36A versus MT1B in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL36A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL36A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
