IL36A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL36A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL36A-associated genes across cancer lineages are XIRP1, ADAP1, and TLL1. Each is linked with IL36A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL36A-to-partner and partner-to-IL36A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XIRP1 grouped by IL36A-low versus IL36A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL36A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL36A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
