IL34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL34 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL34-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, MEP, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with IL34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL34-to-partner and partner-to-IL34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by IL34-low versus IL34-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL34→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
