Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL31RA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL31RA data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher IL31RA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL31RA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where IL31RA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
