IL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 290 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZI2, SETP22, and ETFA. Each is linked with IL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL3-to-partner and partner-to-IL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AZI2 grouped by IL3-low versus IL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
