IL2RG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL2RG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2RG-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, H2BW1, and BHMT. Each is linked with IL2RG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2RG-to-partner and partner-to-IL2RG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by IL2RG-low versus IL2RG-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2RG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2RG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
