IL2RA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL2RA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, STAT3_pY705, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with IL2RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL2RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by IL2RA-low versus IL2RA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
