Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL2RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,923 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2RA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Late viral transcription, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with IL2RA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL2RA results are reported.
