IL27RA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL27RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL27RA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of T cell extravasation, Negative regulation of T cell migration, and Purine nucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with IL27RA in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL27RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL27RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of T cell extravasation grouped by IL27RA-low versus IL27RA-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL27RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL27RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
