IL24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,083 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, STK10, and BIN2. Each is linked with IL24 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL24-to-partner and partner-to-IL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL24 versus CORO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
