IL24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR193A, OR4F21, and HIGD1AP15. Each is linked with IL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL24-to-partner and partner-to-IL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR193A grouped by IL24-low versus IL24-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
