IL24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,547 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCMR, PLAUR, and IL7R. Each is linked with IL24 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL24-to-partner and partner-to-IL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL24 versus FCMR in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
