Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL23R mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL23R data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IL23R mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL23R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC and PDAC are the cancer types where IL23R mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
