IL23A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL23A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Tuberin, and Notch1. Each is linked with IL23A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23A-to-partner and partner-to-IL23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by IL23A-low versus IL23A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
