Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,326 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of white fat cell proliferation, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with IL23A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23A-to-partner and partner-to-IL23A results are reported.
