IL22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, JNK2, and Mre11. Each is linked with IL22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL22-to-partner and partner-to-IL22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by IL22-low versus IL22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
