IL22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are SVEP1, MT-ND2, and RAI1. Each is linked with IL22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL22-to-partner and partner-to-IL22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SVEP1 grouped by IL22-low versus IL22-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
