Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL20RB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL20RB data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher IL20RB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL20RB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where IL20RB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
