IL20RA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL20RA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 384 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL20RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT52, NDRG3, and CCM2L. Each is linked with IL20RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL20RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL20RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL20RA versus IFT52 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL20RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL20RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
