Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL20RA RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 14 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of IL20RA’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where IL20RA RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types IL20RA is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC and LUAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.
COAD, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where IL20RA tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
