IL20RA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL20RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,034 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL20RA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Regulation of inner ear receptor cell differentiation, and Sensory perception of salty taste. Each is linked with IL20RA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL20RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL20RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by IL20RA-low versus IL20RA-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL20RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL20RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
