IL20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL750P, OR5M13P, and SNORD116-11. Each is linked with IL20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL20-to-partner and partner-to-IL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL750P grouped by IL20-low versus IL20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
