IL20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with IL20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL20-to-partner and partner-to-IL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by IL20-low versus IL20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
