IL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N5, LINC02563, and RN7SL607P. Each is linked with IL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL2-to-partner and partner-to-IL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52N5 grouped by IL2-low versus IL2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
