IL1RN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1RN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and Rad50. Each is linked with IL1RN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RN-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by IL1RN-low versus IL1RN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1RN→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1RN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
