Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1RN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,300 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of iron ion transport, Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport, and Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus. Each is linked with IL1RN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RN-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RN results are reported.
