Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1RAPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,320 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1RAPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1A1, CNRIP1, and EMC1. Each is linked with IL1RAPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1RAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1RAPL1 results are reported.
