Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL1R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,738 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, classical pathway, T cell lineage commitment, and Protein targeting to vacuole involved in autophagy. Each is linked with IL1R1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1R1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1R1 results are reported.
