Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1R1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,937 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1R1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin filament organization, Connective tissue development, and Translational elongation. Each is linked with IL1R1-AS1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1R1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1R1-AS1 results are reported.
