Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL1R1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IL1R1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IL1R1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL1R1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LIHC show a favorable association.

LUAD, THCA, and LGG are the cancer types where IL1R1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
