Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL1F10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL1F10 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher IL1F10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL1F10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, CHOL, and SARC are the cancer types where IL1F10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
