IL1F10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1F10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1F10-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBBP3, CDKN3, and OAZ1. Each is linked with IL1F10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1F10-to-partner and partner-to-IL1F10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBBP3 grouped by IL1F10-low versus IL1F10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1F10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1F10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
