Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1F10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL1F10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, Gab2, and JNK2. Each is linked with IL1F10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1F10-to-partner and partner-to-IL1F10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha grouped by IL1F10-low versus IL1F10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1F10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1F10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
