IL19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,427 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FGD3, RAB27A, and ACAP1_T739. Each is linked with IL19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL19-to-partner and partner-to-IL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL19 versus FGD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
