IL19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R105P, RNU6-711P, and KNOP1P4. Each is linked with IL19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL19-to-partner and partner-to-IL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R105P grouped by IL19-low versus IL19-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
