IL18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,034 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, SH3BGRL3, and SPN_S355. Each is linked with IL18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18-to-partner and partner-to-IL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL18 versus CASP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
