Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,511 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD2, PTPN22, and LCP1. Each is linked with IL18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18-to-partner and partner-to-IL18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL18 versus CD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
