IL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are aDC, CD8+ Tem, and Th1 cells. Each is linked with IL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18-to-partner and partner-to-IL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, aDC grouped by IL18-low versus IL18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
