Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,004 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sleep, Positive regulation of NK T cell proliferation, and Regulation of T-helper 1 cell cytokine production. Each is linked with IL18 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18-to-partner and partner-to-IL18 results are reported.
