Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL17RB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IL17RB data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IL17RB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL17RB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where IL17RB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
