IL17F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,499 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production, Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IL17F in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17F-to-partner and partner-to-IL17F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 production grouped by IL17F-low versus IL17F-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17F→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
