IL17C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL17C mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 992 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17C-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHBP1L1, SLC39A13, and TMPRSS6. Each is linked with IL17C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17C-to-partner and partner-to-IL17C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EHBP1L1 grouped by IL17C-low versus IL17C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17C→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
