IL17A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,829 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Response to chemokine. Each is linked with IL17A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17A-to-partner and partner-to-IL17A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Immunoglobulin production grouped by IL17A-low versus IL17A-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
