Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,412 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL17A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL9P2, GSS, and KCND1. Each is linked with IL17A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17A-to-partner and partner-to-IL17A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL17A versus RPL9P2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
