IL17A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL17A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXL1, HMGB3P3, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with IL17A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17A-to-partner and partner-to-IL17A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXL1 grouped by IL17A-low versus IL17A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
