IL17A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL17A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL17A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, SERPINA9, and ZPBP2. Each is linked with IL17A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL17A-to-partner and partner-to-IL17A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL17A versus TGM6 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.99.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
