The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IL15 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where IL15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
